Horses are deeply intuitive animals that naturally mirror the emotional and energetic state of the humans they interact with. Because of this sensitivity, stress, trauma, or imbalance within the horse or rider can affect communication, behavior, and overall well-being.
Equine energy healing works to identify and gently release energetic and emotional imbalances within the horse while also helping the rider develop greater awareness, connection, and harmony with their horse.
Through intuitive guidance and energy alignment, these sessions help restore balance within the horse’s body and nervous system while supporting a calmer, more connected partnership between horse and rider.
Equine Sessions May Support
• Behavioral changes or resistance under saddle
• Anxiety or nervousness in the horse
• Trauma from past experiences
• Physical tension or energetic imbalance
• Difficulty connecting between horse and rider
• Performance stress for both horse and rider
When the horse’s energy system is balanced and the rider is grounded and aware, communication becomes clearer and the partnership becomes more relaxed and cooperative.
A Deeper Connection
These sessions are not only about supporting the horse’s well-being, but also about helping the rider understand how their own energy, emotions, and presence influence their horse.
As balance is restored on both sides, horses often become calmer, more responsive, and more comfortable in their work.
Session Options
Equine sessions are available in person at your barn or farm and can include work with both the horse individually and the horse and rider together.
Because horses are incredibly sensitive to energy and emotion, they often respond quickly when tension and imbalance are addressed in a calm and supportive way.
These sessions simply help restore the natural balance horses and riders thrive in.
A horse owner once contacted me because her horse had suddenly become anxious under saddle and resistant during training. Physically the horse had been checked and nothing appeared wrong, yet something clearly wasn’t right.
During the session we discovered the horse had been holding tension connected to past stress and the rider was unknowingly carrying anxiety into the rides.
As we worked to release the horse’s stored stress and help the rider become more grounded and calm, the shift was noticeable.
Within a short time the horse became more relaxed, responsive, and willing, and the rider felt more confident and connected with her horse again.
When both the horse and rider return to balance, the partnership naturally begins to flow again.
